we do not like this place
My husband will move here next year so we looked around for a house. Our real estate agent brought us here. We didn't like it. You are surrounded by a petrol station, old houses and construction. It is not good for our baby. We also went to Cairn Hill. It is nicer there.

good location/excellent development
I am looking around for a property and the agent brought me to this development. Definitely a place I am keen to consider - great location, excellent facilities. Will be back to Singapore soon to look at it again !

too pricey
noisy project near the rd and a ntuc market place for maids to gather. petrol kiosk is the worst of all, unhealthy place to live in. not a good choice at all.

one devonshire worth your buy?
frankly overall for this property is nothing but expensive, even though u may have a so called "prime district" property, but if you really look at it, psf for a $2,200 asking and above price by the first owners are way too much to pay versus their first selling price of $1496psf and above, saw the difference in gap? not worth buying, especially for a condo squezzed right in the middle of a few condos there. Whats worst is, a direct petrol kiosk is just a stone throw away, imagine the smell you get everyday....but of course, smart sellers will brag on how convenient it is and ntuc is just nearby, accompanied with food and eateries every where, including a singtel shop nearby too. If you are looking to stay or even invest, my best choice will still be river valley sector, for the same price and lesser, u get a bigger space area and better breathing environment for a more human living. but of course if your spouse insist because its a district 9, then smile and go for it.
