  Iconic condo at the Dhoby Ghaut

  Nomu has a nice atas feel and can recognise the building from far away. One of the landmark at the Dhoby Ghaut. Tiagong this is a revamp of a 1970s condo.

  Nomu has high level of accessibility

  Fantastic location – right in Dhoby Ghaut, just 100+m to the MRT, very easy to get around. A lot of dining and entertainment options nearby, so it’s convenient no need to cook if you don't feel like it. Facilities quite basic, just a pool, gym and bbq, but even so, those are designed very well. Won't feel like you are missing out. St Margaret's Pri new campus nearby, got SMU, SOTA, NAFA around too. High price point but expected since you are staying in a prime area, with so much accessibility and nice design. Freehold also.

  50 hippy freehold units within walking distance to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and close proximity to good schools plus Cathay and Plaza Singapura at its doorstep. One can say its a 'happening place'
