  19 Shelford Road

  This is the best place I have lived in thus far. The relax feel is a much needed thing for our lives here in Singapore. The ambience and the look of the condo is really great. With the many amenities around, it makes my life so convenient. I am looking forward to the upcoming Botanical Garden MRT that is due to open on the 8 Oct 2011. Wonderful place!

  19 Shelford

  This is a really nice place to live in. It is peaceful and quiet. It really does refresh one's heart and mind. It is also within 1km of the top 2 primary schools in Singapore (ie Nanyang & RGPS). With the Botanic Garden MRT opening in Oct 2011, it will be super convenient. This MRT station is also an interchange station. With the many eateries around in Adam, Coronation & Serene Centre, this is a top place to live in. Only improvement is that the MCST needs to put in more effort to beautify the place. Needs more lightings at night and clearer signages.

  Serene environment

  It's a quiet serene environment in the midst of all the actions. Lots of greens and good unblocked view perched on top of Shelford Road. The pool is pretty decent but the other facilities like the badminton court (there is no tennis court), squash court and the gym are nothing compared to the newer condo developments. Super convenient - 5mins walk to Adam Rd hawker centre, coronation plaza, greenwood eateries and the soon-to-be open Botanic Gardens MRT.

  Nineteen Shelford

  Well maintained, quiet and cosy environment with splashes of greens and browns. Loved staying here cos it always feels like home at the end of a day. Its breezy here, chilling out at the poolside with a glass of wine with the sound of the waterfall in the background during the weekends is completely zen. Friendly guards and management staff. Transport could be improved with the upcoming downtown MRT line. Lots of eateries and grocery shops nearby.

  Peaceful and cozy

  Well maintained, nice big pool, basic sport facilities - tennis and squash court. Children play ground is abit small and tradition.

  Quiet. Well maintained. Nice facilities. Near to eating places and shopping. And MRT station coming up soon.
