  All things equal, management is the weakest l

  Clean, generally quiet and peaceful. Condo itself and residents are fine. However, be wary of management. Issues are ignored, communication is poor, decisions are arbitrary and inconsistent.

  unique mixed dev in Yishun

  of course it's Yishun lol (long-running joke). but this unique mixed development Nine Residences is a cosy place, with adequate amenities like supermarket, bakery, eateries, and a chill vibe reminiscent of Malaysia. mixed dev is always convenient so many bonus points.

  stylish living in Yishun

  There is a 50m pool and jacuzzi garden and jet spa with sun deck. there is gym too. condo grounds calming and nice to walk with steam room too. end the day with bbq and the kids always love the play lagoon. always so relaxing time
