Overpriced for No Reason
I can see that the Chinese developer is trying to market itself as the second Far East in Singapore. However, I doubt its ability to deliver the same as what you can see in the showflat. Obviously, this Chinese developer has very limited track record. The project is priced about 25% higher than those around Patong Pasir MRT. Despite recently opened Nex, nearby amenities are not well developed. Though its location is near to the city, its price psf is almost matched to projects at Bukit Timah, such as Cascadia and The Nexus. I could not see the potential increment here, especially, after the fourth cooling measures. Wish you good luck if you insist to invest the NiN.
