I was shocked when i checked the price. This project is from a CHINESE developer and lacks full condo facilities like a tennis court. They tried to price even above that of The Scala, which has a side-gate to MRT entrance and full and more complete facilities and better surroundings/ environment.Anyway, nice try!

Have you seen before judging
Have you seen the project before judging it expensive and overpriced ? If the answer is no come and see first before judging. Blum Kitchen, hansgrohe sanitary and also big piece marble. The 3BR comes with a walk in wardrobe.

Totally Overprice Property
I fully agreed with William.. This project is totally overpriced !!! I will rather purchase a freehold project if asked to pay above S$1200psf. With the new measures, this project should price itself along S$850-900psf to be reasonable..

Great location, next to MRT
I think has high potential for good return yield and capital appreciation. Just next to Potong Pasir MRT and is the nearest to MRT among all other projects in Potong Pasir area. Mins to CBD, city, PIE and CTE, less density of HDB and near to good school: St Andrew and Cedar which make Potong Pasir a popular living area in recent years. Moreover, with the upcoming Amercian School, this area is a good alternative to Novena/Newton.

Overpriced for No Reason
I can see that the Chinese developer is trying to market itself as the second Far East in Singapore. However, I doubt its ability to deliver the same as what you can see in the showflat. Obviously, this Chinese developer has very limited track record. The project is priced about 25% higher than those around Patong Pasir MRT. Despite recently opened Nex, nearby amenities are not well developed. Though its location is near to the city, its price psf is almost matched to projects at Bukit Timah, such as Cascadia and The Nexus. I could not see the potential increment here, especially, after the fourth cooling measures. Wish you good luck if you insist to invest the NiN.
