  Nice but impractical

  Very nice on the exterior and centrally located. Nearby Lincoln suites construction creating a lot of noise and the pollution is expected to continue with Newton 26. The 3 rooms facing the newton road is more like 2 +study, very small indeed. High floors units #2/3 have good views.

  Newton suites

  The location is excellent just next to United Square and near MRT. Award winning architectural design. Units Facing newton road have nice greenery views but gets the sun. Natural lighting in Some areas lighting not so good because of the dark/deep colour theme. Compared to the bigger condos in the vicinity, the land area is relatively small and facilities are also relatively limited. So if one prefers wide spaces and larger landscapes, there are better choices in the vicinity. The units facing Lincoln suites will have the city views blocked once Lincoln suites is completed. Noise is an issue currently bec of the constructions. Asking prices very high at the moment.

  Fantastic Development

  Great condo in every way in Newton. The 3 bedrooms in stack 2 and 3 have amazing greenery views all the way to JB. Great location, award winning architect and brilliant landscaping. Mix of couples, retirees, singles and families. Highly recommended and price is reflection of quality of development in a great area!

  Excellent Condo in Newton

  One of the best condos in Newton. Good security, Excellent view for unit 02 and 03, but higher PSF in neighborhood.
