  fantastic located

  Newton Suites is fantastic located just steps away from Novena MRT and the nearby cluster of Novena malls. easy to go to Orchard and around, although temporary construction at surroundings. many buses around as well, and a nice church that i like to go to on Sundays (it's quite famous).

  firm rules to protect residents

  i like how the Newton Suites building management has firm rules to protect us residents and to encourage responsible social behaviours in the community. there is a strict no pets rule for the pools and it is good for both the safety of the pet and residents. also they have cctvs installed around public areas and the security is very on the ball will message if there's any issue. bbq pit well maintained due to the strict rules also to keep it clean. the unruly residents eventually move out and retains our peaceful environment.

  Newton Suites at 60 Newton Road

  Newton Suites is not to be confused with the nearby Suites @ Newton. this is really a more premium condo with the unique facade with texturd panels which have won some award. cosy and convenient for singles, couples and small families

  good investment potential

  Newton Suites has good investment potential with its convenient location, beautiful surrounds and prime area. selling price from $2M to over $8M, and rental yield is $1,400 to $7,000. very exclusive, facilities well-maintained. close to MRT, good schools and top medical facilities. shopping malls too. will benefit from north south corridor too.

  Newton Suites is compact but well designed

  well designed single block, with compact but sufficient interior for small families/singles. not for those with lots of stuff as storage space quitel imited. 2BR about 800sqft, 3BR about 1.2k sqft.

  benefits outweigh higher price of newton suit

  pricey but the benefits of staying at Newton Suites outweigh the cost for those who can afford it. really close to town and tons of stuff around you!

  Horrible Management Not Doing Their Job

  Moved out sometime ago after lease ended. Management is lazy and avoid doing work at all. No idea what is the purpose of MCST for this condo. Also swimming pool facility and toilets are SO DIRTY

  Bad Management and extremely Not Dog Friendl

  My in-laws recently rented out a 2 bedroom unit on short term basis at Newton Suites and it was an unpleasant experience on the few occasions that we had been there. On first appearances we were impressed given the unbeatable location, accessibility to MRT and surrounding amenities like Novena Square, Velocity, etc but as the days wore on, our optimism started to fade. That is putting it lightly. Deciding to make the MOST of a $5200/mth rental (which in case you were wondering the exorbitant price was because of a small, unproblematic, non-shedding lap dog - minus pet is $4800) my MIL decided to book the BBQ grill which is located on the same floor as the swimming pool and though everything is very tastefully designed and well maintained, the attitude and service from the mgmt is poor

  Small development

  Not pet friendly. Common areas are mediocre cleanliness. Lifts not very clean. Very dimly lit small lobby. Garbage chute areas always smelly. Entrance is very small - almost all taxi drivers miss it. But Convenient location.

  good location with nearby eateries Units facing the roads have good greenery views older condo among the newer ones in the vicinity and lesser amenities
