  convenient location

  staying in the cbd is already v convenient but Newport Residences is even more so and will be a short walk to the upcoming Prince Edward Road MRT that will complete the loop of the circle line, also close to the usual Tanjong Pagar MRT. so it is easy to travel around Singapore down to harbourfront and sentosa, and up to buona vista one-north area. extreme convenient and good choice for long term investment as is freehold

  gorgeous landscape detail!

  saw the artist impression of Newport Residences and so intrigued by its futuristic terraced green landscape detail outside the building tower. went to research more and the architect is Japanese, they are Nikken Sekkei, a 123 year old Japanese architectural firm with an international footprint. look forward to completion in 2030 and launch should be in Feb 2026.

  rare CBD dev

  CBD is usually crowded with offices, but the upcoming Newport Residences by CDL will be one of the rare new developments coming up at Anson Road. fantastic location for those who love staying in the downtown core, especially for expats and high-end living.

  Smart home features

  A bit annoying the preview was postponed because i was really looking forward to it. Plus i saw that each residence has smart home features which is really the best thing about this condo in my opinion.
