  Super convenient location with just a 5-min walk to Tg Katong MRT and quick access to ECP, MCE and KPE; walking distance to NTUC supermarket, 112 Katong, Parkway Parade as well as Joo Chiat food paradise; within 1 km to good schools with niche programmes!

  Great location, well maintained

  This development has a great location with the newly opened MRT and bus stop. Surroundings are well kept and maintained by the property management, with newly done carpark, lifts and even EV charging. Simple facilities, small pool and BBQ pit. Popular food places are across the road and supermarket is a short walk away.

  Only 32 units but surprisingly, has a good sp

  Only 32 units but surprisingly, has a good spread of layouts from 1 to 4 bed rooms. All units are facing Mountbatten Road. Easy access to Parkway Parade and ECP.

  Great location

  Unpretentious, yet spacious low rise apartment in a prime location. Management is dismal but at least it can be rectified. Facade could be improved too.
