  Fairer Review

  1. Interior / Units Acceptable, this is a mass market property, it was not marketed as a luxurious development and it was reflected in its launch price. Average of $800 psf in 2011 is as close as the current EC price if not lower. If you want quality finishes, you have to pay more or you can do it at your own cost. Hence, the price to quality is quite acceptable. The short coming is the extra-large Balconies and Cabanas (Luxurious). 2. Exterior / Common areas New development, latent defects not visible as yet and hence ratings should be higher unless proven otherwise. 3. Condo facilities Acceptable, the best facility should be the views from the club house function room. The mama shop is a bonus, though it can be better. 4. Transport Links No direct link to MRT but good linkage by Car, well connected by expressways to Malaysia, Changi, Jurong and City. 5. Nearby Amenities 2 Golf Courses, 1 Private Jet airport, wet markets, NTUC, childcare centers and toto outlets all within 3 to 5 km. 6. Property Management Expecting a change of Managing Agents. Conclusion The location is far from the crowded places and hence it is very peaceful and quiet. This project is suitable for outdoor lovers as it is very breezy due to land breeze and sea breeze with a touch of fresher air (golf courses and reservoirs are just beside it).

  Feels like a holiday home

  Most beautiful condo with lush landscape n beautiful water features. Air is fresh overlooking the golf course Feels like u are on holidays. Peace n quiet always Awesome place to de-stress n relax Best investment ever.

  perfect for serenity and good quality finishi

  1. Prompt mgt condo mgt actions 2. Good finishing 3. Serene environment and a great location if one is looking for a quiet place after a day's work and away from the bustling city life especially in Small island where every condo is either troubled by road noise, mrt track noise, etc.
