Penthouse has good privacy & city view!
To add on earlier input fr Serene, a great choice if one is looking for a penthouse (PH) unit with lot of privacy and view. Mill Creek PH offers both. There was this biggest unit which has a terrace area that overlook the city and MBS firework display. My family viewed it in June'11 when we last visited Singapore. The asking price was around $1.8million Unfortunately the ‘million dollar view’ PH was sold recently when I came back to S'pore again. In Dist 15, could not find one that could match this unit we viewed. Many lack privacy in Telok Kurau and Katong. Other boutique developers should take a hint from this project when they build penthouse unit!Was this review helpful? Report review -

Strategic location
Stayed Mill Creek for almost a year now since TOP. My 2 cents thought: -5min walk to Kembangan MRT. No sweat. -7min walk to NTUC. Can buy fresh salmon and daily product at 'local' discounted prices compared to Cold Storage. - 5min walk to Telok Kurau park and a beautiful park connector to East Coast beach (good for cyclists too) - within 2mins walk to many open-air eateries (Chinese, Indian & Malay) Only disadv here cannot find an air-con eatery that serve more western cuisine.. - our mid level unit faces South West and it is breezy and windy though there is direct sun in the evening facing e masterrm. Adv here many windows facing South in the living hall & rooms, so ventilation very good. It is away from the MRT track and very quiet. The warehouse facing our living hall is also very quiet and is only at ground level, so no blocking our front view, excellent privacy! - Squarish L-Shape pool at rooftop, i think only one person can swim at a time. - MA can be more proactive in expediating the landscape fountain work at the carpark area. Hope to see a bicycle qiosk too. Prior to Mill Creek, i stayed Singapore for almost 8yrs at Malvern Spring, Trumps,Astoria and Treeline and find Mill Creek most blissful and convenient!Was this review helpful? Report review -

Peaceful & Convenient
If u prefer a quiet and convenient boutique condo near MRT, coffeeshops, seafood restaurants and parks, Mill Creek is an ideal choice. My unit faces South, nearby a warehouse and temple. Very quiet. The earlier inputs from 'Foreign Expat' was inaccurate I also viewed 2 condos nearby Mera East and Medley before deciding on Mill Creek. Great n happy after staying here for 8months..is the most comfortable spacious boutique condo my exp. Slow walk to MRT and NTUC within 6-10mins ..very peaceful neighbourhood!Was this review helpful?
