Nice little quiet boutique near Kembangan MRT
A nice place overall with very good privacy. Transport & food r easily available and many nice parks nearby, 10mins walk to the popular Siglap Park connector where one can exercise, walk,cycle to East Coast beach & MBS etc. I strongly recommend here for working adults who enjoy a peaceful quiet place to live in. -

Excellent location with nearby parks connecto
This is a boutique condo with a pool on the rooftop. Overall a quiet blissful place to stay. Convenient walk to Kembangan MRT (East West green line)and many eateries nearby. less than 2 mins walk one can find great French cuisines & bakery in Ah Seng Cafe and Petit Bakery . Perfect! -

Ground floor unit is spacious with landscape
Ground unit is spacious with 2 rooms and balcony, nice landscape and quiet surroundings. Also has sheltered linkway to nearby Kembangan MRT. Nearby park and less than 3 min walk to many eateries -

Studio unit well link to public transport, ea
Quiet , clean place perfect for 2 adult. Highly recommend the spacious studio unit at ground floor with nice landscape. Sheltered MRT linkway to Kembangan station, less than 5min walk -

Nice views, spacious dual keys penthouse
a corner penthouse stands out, faces South, the city skyline & greenery r magnificent! Spacious rooms w mini garden theme, dual keys & a pool w jacuzzi...only if owner willing to sell. -

Quiet and peaceful
a small condo with spacious landscape and lot of empty carpark spaces and plenty of greenery surrounding..We stay about 2 yrs and will miss this place and friendly neighbor. Quiet nice place with some eateries and transport nearby.very safe,convenient w cctv & intercom system when order fr UberEat.Can't ask for more! -

Fair Comment
I have stayed here 7 months on mid floor unit. Compared to my previous stays at nearby boutique condo D'Palma, Kembangan Plaza and Astoria Park and find Mill Creek most peaceful. Transport link is most convenient - bus stop right outside the main road and only 5mins walk to MRT. On earlier input from Fraser on lack of good view, buyer or tenant must beware most boutique condo design in most District 14/15 do not have much view (unless you are staying in penthouse units). Fraser's comment about kitchen next to main door may be 'stiring a storm in a cup'. For us, it is great after shopping as we find it most practical to unload our stuff in the fridge first thing we step into our house. On other condos i stayed previously, you always have to shut your windows and switch on the air-con due to noise and privacy concerns. Here it at least to give me an option to leave the windows open due to its blissful environment. The temple and warehouse do not bring me much issue though my unit faces both temple and warehouse. The only thing that piss us off is the unfair treatment from the developer/MA (Managing Agent). They seem like cutting corner by not putting plants at the common planter area located from 2nd to 5th floor (next to lift). Despite several residents' complaints to the MCST, they claim this is not Developer's duty. But why build it in the common area and no plants? It does not cost much really. When complain on external wall defects, they said warranty is over. This is against common BCA,URA and AA acts which external items like waterproofing should be at least 10years..Till date the MCST still insist 1 year ONLY. Obviously MA was appointed by the developer to protect their interest. On long run, residents here should be more vocal to upkeep their rights and interest. Vote only those deserve to be paid! -

Small condo
Small condo with only a rooftop pool. Also small..6mins walk to MRT,10mins walk to NTUC. Many nearby eateries within 3mins walk, most local & Malaysian cuisine.Telok Kurau park also nearby. For korean food hav to go further by cab to East coast area..Rarely c other residents mayb busy or some units still vacant. Buyer/Tenant beware, many agents give wronged inputs as they themselves had not visited this place. Better come down c for yourself. Previous agent told me got barbeque pit,gym and a big pool, wronged info! Ok for a single lady as it is safe n peaceful. The overall space and privacy for a 1bd consider good. Hope MA service can b faster & better though, their response tend to be slow via email when i overseas! -

Quiet & Convenient
Only a small roof top pool with jacuzzi, no other facilities. The furnishing is good, bathroom of granite finish and spacious..but find the 3beder planter area 'too big' for non-plant lover. Overall a cosy place to stay in easy access to transport and food,teahouse & NTUC, all within 8mins walk. Developer n MA can do more by speeding up the common area enhancement -

Spacious 1bedder
Mill Creek has the biggest 1beddr unit around this area.Rented a unit nearest to e temple n stay for a year now. So far quiet and noise level fr temple acceptable. Last time rented a unit at D'Oassia, facing directly to the temple. Mill Creek is adjacent to the temple, not direct facing. -
