  Over priced

  This project is out of everywhere, very few buses leading anywhere, nearest eatery at Casuarina. Cheapest duplex calling pr can get PH in Novena by the PSF. Huge land but not much fascilities,there's actually no tennis court badminton court whatsoever and live-in area very small, 3BR unit comes w a tiny 3rd room like mini study.Only plus point is the nice landscaping and great space for kids. Buy now, only if have spare cash to waste. Sellers are comparing pr w Sky Habitat. Unfortunately, location far reach.

  Huge Potential

  This project is sitting on a huge plot of freehold land which is very rare. The launch of nearby Thomson Grand will lead to an upward price revaluation of the whole development. The impending TOP will surely push the price even higher. Lots of greenery and fresh air.

  Flooding

  In a sunken land, with a busy road - this place will be both noisy as well as at risk of flooding. Far from amenities and 192 listings for sale will tell you to watch out
