  Peaceful and quiet environment. Amenities and shopping malls are within walking distance. Just a road across to the transport Hub.

  We LOVE Maysprings! Own 2 3BR units. BIG GYM! Several BBQ pits, nice pool and kiddie pool.OPPOSITE LRT and DT Line MRT. Bus interchange in Hillion Mall. Hillion Mall is UNIqUE just opposite & BP Plaza (Capital mall) 1.5 blocks away. 3rd Mall, Junction 10 Seng Siong, a few restaurants and Mr DIY. Getting there is an underground walk. Opposite BP Plaza is Pang Sua Pond – and its floating boardwalk, with turtles and fish to feed, a public swimming pool, courts for tennis, martial arts and gatherings, a few hawker stalls, Indian barber and florist, seats for watching concerts or just chatting. 2 libraries (childdrens and adults). HUGE Kopi Tiam @ Hillion and nice but smaller one at BP Plaza.The Maysprings pool was pool recently retiled and the courtyard is getting new tiles as well.

  Very large pool and facilities are not bad

  The planters that’s built around the living and dining areas makes the actual live in space smaller. Yet most residents don’t make use of the planters. Very large pool and facilities are not bad

  Superb En bloc Potential - rare gem location

  Maysprings is 3 mins' walk to MRT, LRT stations and bus terminal. One can reach Bk timah top schools in 20 mins and city center in 35 mins. Eateries, new shopping centers are within radius 50 meters.

  its strong points are :* difficult-to-find spacious units as compared to those tiny-unit new developments. * extremely convenient with mrt/lrt/ bus terminals just opposite the condo.* shopping centers (hillion and bukit panjang plaza) and tranditional coffee shops are within 2 minutes walk.* full condo facilities.* very easy to find tenants due to the convenient location.* en block potential with its unmatched localitis.

  Maysprings Positive Paradigm Shift

  Having lived in the city since my younger days Maysprings in Bt Panjang sounds so 'ulu' n Kampong! But with the new MRT downtown line n the Hillion mall this seemingly quiet MAYSPRINGS condo has really come alive!Take up rate is good...neighbours vacant unit is quickly filled... pp find convenience at doorsteps. The discreet will realise it's more value for money for the size one pays!STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for spacious living n cool travel on downtown line with links to all parts of Singapore.This has shifted my thinking of moving back to my old hometown in Redhill.

  Good for investment

  The outlook is good, but unit floor plan very bad. Within the upcoming mrt and mixed development, maysprings will only raise value, good buy for investment
