  Noisy and Cockroaches

  I have lived in this condo for 15 months, and I have experienced several issues. It's very noisy at night, and security is lacking, as guests can easily access the building using the iLive condo app. I've also seen cockroaches multiple times. I suggest potential buyers or tenants view the property at night. Overall, I do not recommend renting or buying here.

  This condo's theme is a reflection of Mayfair London, with the boardwalk of English Tea Pavilion for tea parties. even the interior fittings of each unit are inspired by London style.
