Good size 1 bedder
Well-sized one-bedroom unit, not like the typical shoebox studios. The building is generally quiet on weekends, making it ideal for enjoying a peaceful CBD lifestyle. -

Unparallel connectivity having 3 mrt stations
I stayed in a 2 bedder for 5 years. Absolutely enjoying it. -

direct to MRT
Marina One Residences has a direct MRT link which is great on a rainy or hot day. from there, it's easy to travel around Singapore on the various connected MRT lines or visit the linked/linkway malls. -

green heart
one feature of Marina One Residences is its Green Heart central garden with vertical greenery, waterfalls and walking paths to admire all this. this is also part of the shopping mall, as this is an integrated development. calm the mind here and ease your worries in Marina One's Green Heart. my kid's scooter time becomes more scenic too. -

City living nice condo
I’ve found the convenience hard to beat. The MRT is right at the doorstep, which makes commuting effortless. I also enjoy jogging around the Marina Bay area — it’s a beautiful and calming place to unwind after a long day. With Cold Storage in the basement, grocery shopping is quick and easy, and the food street downstairs offers plenty of eateries for days when I don’t feel like cooking. In my humble opinion, choosing a higher-floor unit really enhances the living experience. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. -

Great location/MRT, but sewage incident, nois
Lived here a few years. Location and direct MRT are the only real pluses. Cons: a persistent fertilizer smell (even near the Shenton Way exit). Management felt off: we had a B1 car-park sewage burst that splashed an entire row of cars; cleanup and comms were slow, and the stench lingered. Lifts broke down frequently for months; after a major overhaul they’re more reliable, but the motor/door noise is now audible from every room, especially late at night. Also recurring wall mould, late-night disturbances (glass breaking, shouting), and very few shops open on weekends. -

Bad project and disappointment
I have lived at Marina One Residences for two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. • Poor Design: Units facing inward receive almost no natural sunlight, making the living space dark and damp. The opposite building is so close that there is a complete lack of privacy—you can literally see into your neighbor’s home. • Mould Problems: Due to poor ventilation and low sunlight, mould develops easily and frequently, posing serious health concerns. • Bad Maintenance: Fixtures and fittings break easily, and getting them repaired is frustratingly slow. It often takes weeks before anything gets fixed. • Fire Alarm Issues: Fire alarms go off far too often, including during the night—sometimes at 3 or 4am. This is disruptive and shows poor management -

A gem in the heart of the city
I've been staying here for 3 years now and I think the condo is amazing. The 50m pool is great for getting your laps in, you are connected to all the major mrt lines and a 5 min walk from some of the best cocktail bars in Singapore. It boasts an amazing view of the waterfront and an all round luxurious environment. -

Oasis in the centre of city
I have been living here since 2019 in Blk 23. I love the location as it’s near to Marina Bay and you can get around Sg by 4 MRT Lines with stations within very short walking distance. You can access major expressways by car easily. The management has changed the security, cleaning and concierge service providers last year and quality of services/ maintenance has improved significantly. The introduction of iCondo app meant issues are being tended to quickly as I’ve experienced with a faulty corridor light recently. Mould issues are common in Singapore due to high humidity. And if you’re in a 1-bedder w unit facing pool, you’ll need to ventilate your apartment to prevent mould issues. Walls are thick so you don’t hear sounds from neighbors. Overall, the quality of living here is very high. -
