  next-level convenience

  experience next-level convenience at Marina One Residences. every morning I just walk underground to my office in MBFC without worrying about rain. LOL. having direct access to multiple MRT lines is a huge bonus too. at the connected mall, there's supermarket, cafes, clinics and plenty of lunch options just downstairs, so most days I hardly even need to leave my home area. facilities are excellent, especially the 50m lap pool and gym. My only small complaint is weekends does gets quiet around Marina Bay compared to other neighbourhoods and might not have as much variety to eat. So convenient to just travel out though. anyway I'm not home most weekends.

  THE MARINA ONE

  I've lived in several apartments around Asia, and Marina One is still one of the most impressive condos I've experienced. The Green Heart (the central landscaped area) is absolutely stunning. Walking through the indoor garden everyday feels like entering a tropical rainforest. and it's in the middle of...get this:. the financial district. My friends visiting Singapore always ask to come over because the architecture is so so so unique. then they join the many people snapping photos like crazy! haha. high ceilings and quality finishes aside, the apartment layout is also surprisingly practical. wat a fantastic place to call my home.

  five star living

  initially bought for investment but ended up staying here myself for awhile. facilities really feel like a five-star hotel. Pool is huge, gym is well equipped for my strength training needs and the function rooms are very nicely done. unit layout is squarish with very little wasted space. White marble flooring gives the apartment a premium feel but be careful not to drop curry on it as it stains easily (don't ask me how i know). many professionals also stay in this area. one of Singapore's most iconic residential developments.

  just walk to work

  from Marina One so easy to walk to work and gym all via the underground walkway, is highly recommend.

  living in nature

  did you know that Marina One Residences has a hidden garden in the CBD? fortunately or unfortunately it's open to public, not just residents, but it's also relatively quiet and it even it feels like the similar garden at Jewel. often walk the trails here to calm down

  found my zen

  Marina One Residences is known to be atas, green and all that, but the best feature here are the quality walls and soundproofing so i can really enjoy the peace and quiet in my sancutary.

  Good size 1 bedder

  Well-sized one-bedroom unit, not like the typical shoebox studios. The building is generally quiet on weekends, making it ideal for enjoying a peaceful CBD lifestyle.

  Unparallel connectivity having 3 mrt stations

  I stayed in a 2 bedder for 5 years. Absolutely enjoying it.

  Marina One Residences has a direct MRT link which is great on a rainy or hot day. from there, it's easy to travel around Singapore on the various connected MRT lines or visit the linked/linkway malls.

  green heart

  one feature of Marina One Residences is its Green Heart central garden with vertical greenery, waterfalls and walking paths to admire all this. this is also part of the shopping mall, as this is an integrated development. calm the mind here and ease your worries in Marina One's Green Heart. my kid's scooter time becomes more scenic too.
