Great location/MRT, but sewage incident, nois
Lived here a few years. Location and direct MRT are the only real pluses. Cons: a persistent fertilizer smell (even near the Shenton Way exit). Management felt off: we had a B1 car-park sewage burst that splashed an entire row of cars; cleanup and comms were slow, and the stench lingered. Lifts broke down frequently for months; after a major overhaul they’re more reliable, but the motor/door noise is now audible from every room, especially late at night. Also recurring wall mould, late-night disturbances (glass breaking, shouting), and very few shops open on weekends. -

Bad project and disappointment
I have lived at Marina One Residences for two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. • Poor Design: Units facing inward receive almost no natural sunlight, making the living space dark and damp. The opposite building is so close that there is a complete lack of privacy—you can literally see into your neighbor’s home. • Mould Problems: Due to poor ventilation and low sunlight, mould develops easily and frequently, posing serious health concerns. • Bad Maintenance: Fixtures and fittings break easily, and getting them repaired is frustratingly slow. It often takes weeks before anything gets fixed. • Fire Alarm Issues: Fire alarms go off far too often, including during the night—sometimes at 3 or 4am. This is disruptive and shows poor management -

Greedy and unreasonable landlords and poor ma
The price is too expensive from what it provides, rental here is killing people and not worth to live at all. All the internal unit there is no Sun at all, get mould all the time, lift is always under maintenance and take so long to get it repaired. Fire alarm always going off all the time even 3-4am. Dogs poop and urine everywhere and smelly. -

Advice from a four-year-tenant: Avoid this co
Greedy landlord and poor maintenance. Crazy mould problems. Not worth the rental price at all. Common area and life full of dog urine smells. The inward-facing units have no sunlights at all. Very poor view. -

A gem in the heart of the city
I've been staying here for 3 years now and I think the condo is amazing. The 50m pool is great for getting your laps in, you are connected to all the major mrt lines and a 5 min walk from some of the best cocktail bars in Singapore. It boasts an amazing view of the waterfront and an all round luxurious environment. -

Oasis in the centre of city
I have been living here since 2019 in Blk 23. I love the location as it’s near to Marina Bay and you can get around Sg by 4 MRT Lines with stations within very short walking distance. You can access major expressways by car easily. The management has changed the security, cleaning and concierge service providers last year and quality of services/ maintenance has improved significantly. The introduction of iCondo app meant issues are being tended to quickly as I’ve experienced with a faulty corridor light recently. Mould issues are common in Singapore due to high humidity. And if you’re in a 1-bedder w unit facing pool, you’ll need to ventilate your apartment to prevent mould issues. Walls are thick so you don’t hear sounds from neighbors. Overall, the quality of living here is very high. -

Broken down
Constant lift breakdowns, false fire alarms, doors wide open with all sorts of strangers coming and going and wandering about. Plus the mold everywhere. Did I mention all the broken stuff everywhere? No wonder all the units are for sale. -

Dodgy and cheap landlords and severe mould is
Beautiful exterior and overpriced rent. This flat was so poorly designed and you will hear endless complaints from tenants pertaining to sever mould issues, incompetent management and facilities always under maintenance. -
