Extremely accessible
I've been staying at Marina Bay Residences for a few years, and it is in an extremely accessible location. I enjoy direct access to Downtown MRT without worrying about the weather. Marina Bay Link Mall downstairs has almost everything I need: supermarket, cafes, clinics and plenty of lunch options. Not crowded at all on weekend. Lau Pa Sat is also just a short walk away for that iconic clock though not my favourite haunt other than the satay. During weekends it's so easy to hop into the many events around Marina Bay so life is never boring. Cheers -

Luxurious
Stay in a high-floor apartment at Marina Bay Residences. The views are simply incredible. Waking up to sights of Marina Bay Sands and the skyline every morning still feels special. The recently upgraded pool deck and gym are excellent, definitely among the best I've used in Singapore. I especially love the steam room after workouts. The building is very well maintained considering its age of 16 years, and the air-conditioned lift lobbies are a nice touch. One thing I noticed is the apartment can get quite humid during certain months, so I ended up buying a dehumidifier to combat this. In addition, the concierge team deserves special mention because they're always friendly and recognise me by name after awhile. -

best condo in downtown Sg
Bought my unit many years ago and still think Marina Bay Residences is one of the nicest condos in the CBD. No fight srsly with the Namesake and all the unbeatable views. Also, the management has invested quite alot into upgrading the facilities so everything is still excellent even after 16 years. The pool area, BBQ pits and gym were all refreshed. My favourite moment is during National Day and New Year's, watching the fireworks from the pool deck. -

high end living
living at Marina Bay Residences is as one would expect - high end in a prime CBD location, with views of the Marina Bay area. splendid btw. and even the iconic Marina Bay Sands itself. concierge is helpful and attentive, as what i expect when paying this amount of money. access to convenient to transport, and Grab is affordable. i do pay a high maintenance fee but everything is well-maintained and above my expectation for a property that is more than 10 years old. -

beautful
Marina Bay Residences is the best place to stay in Singapore, IMO. excellent in every aspect, goes without saying i bought it for the incredible views. the best views are of course on the high 40+ floors, that showcase both the harbour and the city skyline. other than that, the staffs are always looking after me and reducing my stress. i greatly enjoy the facilities alot. relax in the lap pool, and oftentimes clear my mind in the steam room and jacuzzi bath for that comforting jet massage. -

posh but still friendly
often go to the level 7 bbq area as is always lively and i love to hang out with my neighbours too. there was a major renovation at the end of 2023 where security was upgraded and common areas were freshened up and fixed. can be quite humid so do make your necc arrangements or choose a NS facing unit. -

Best in Singapore in my pov
Great view. Great quality. Best transport. Best food options. High standards in everything. It seems like you are staying in a 5 star hotel everyday. -

how many people can claim they stay in the middle of Marina Bay? This is the Marina Bay Residences, where prices for the top unit goes for $111,111,112. you are paying for the breathtaking view, wonderful and well-maintained facilities, connectivity to various MRT in dense downtown area, amenities and the gorgeous MBS and Gardens by the Bay. -
