  Mandarin Gardens Truly Paradise

  Having attended so many new launches and even after visiting newly TOP projects, I have yet to see any condo project with the lush greenery and truly paradise and resort feeling one finds in Mandarin Gardens the moment one walks around the vast expanse of its compound and the full range of facilities ranging from Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, squash court and even a mini supermarket and inhouse Thai Restaurant with hair saloon etc. Truly paradise and large expat community with friendly and assuring presence of ground workers who keep the large grounds spick and span and greenery always well maintained as if newly trimmed and just mown. Also windy with the sea breeze invoking festive mood and carnival-like feelings. Ah, reminiscent of all things good and makes one feel like staying home from work and just laze around.

  Along the east coast parkway, Mandarin Gardens is nestled in a huge 10 hectres (25acre) site with lush landscape gardens that exude a transquil, exclusive, club-like atmosphere. Beyond the joy of Mandarin Gardens itself, you are only a few minutes away from the City Centre and the future Integrated Resort in Marina Bay, the Changi Internatonal Airport, good schools, and a wealth of other amenities and recreational facilities along the east coast park and marine parade area. The approved plot ratio for Mandarin Gardens according to Master Plan is 2.8. The current plot ratio is estimated to be around 1.7 and hence the built-up density of Mandarin Gardens is one of the lowest among condominiums of equivalent size, making it one of the largest en bloc redevelopment potential of a seafront properties in the east coast of Singapore!
