Lived here for 7 years
Lived here for 7 years. The location is unbeatable: just a 1-minute walk to the dual-line MRT and bus interchange, with shops and eateries right at our doorstep. The best part is the massive interior space compared to other condos nearby. The only downside is that the common facilities are a bit small, but they are enough for me. Booking the tennis or basketball court is super easy since you don't have to fight the crowds. -

City living at its best
My unit has a great sea view from the balcony, location is just perfect if you work in the CBD. Condo facilities are a bit lacking, but I only use the thread mill and some free weights. Love the convenience of it all. -

Serious danger
This condo has serious issues that are difficult to resolve. Regarding lift safety. There are three lifts in operation in this condominium, but if the doors of the largest lift are exposed to direct sunlight during the day, the doors on the upper floors of the lifts will become deformed by heat and will no longer open or close. Frequently I get stuck inside and have to either force my way out or go back to the first floor and change to another lift. In the worst case scenario, it will be difficult to escape from the lift. The management is aware of this problem, but it is probably an issue from the time of construction, and it is a design problem that exposes the building to direct sunlight, so it will cost a huge amount of money to resolve, so they have left it as it is. -

Terrible Management & Door System
Lumiere's management takes the view that you need to be present for anything related to your room. This leads to daily calls from delivery & guard asking why you aren't home on working days. Terrible. -

Terrible unit
I would not recommend this unit to anyone, either for investment or stay. The location is great, but other than that it's hopeless. The facilities are poor. The swimming pool is the size of a koi pond. Most units are blocked by the new development in front. there's limited seaview. It just feels so claustrophobic. The office guys can enjoy a peep show if you forgot to shut your curtains. Holy... -

Lumiere future mrt
The new Price Edward Mrt wud be ready in a few years. It's just 30-40m away across the road. Together with the new bus interchange which is u/c now and the greater southern city Masterplan coming up. The 3 condos wud benefit greatly. 76 Shenton, eon and Lumiere. D1/2, 30meters fr Mrt Price Ed. bus terminal. -

The Lumiere
Nice balconies for residents who likes that fresh air feel. Efficient layout and straightforward design. Relatively quite corner of business district. -
