  everything within reach

  from Liv on Wilkie, everything is within reach. you can even walk or take MRT few stops to Tekka Market, Bugis for shopping, and even Orchard road and City Hall. schools and amenities like restaurants and supermarkets are all nearby you. go to Fort Canning for some green views and exercise.

  for small families

  the freehold Liv on Wilkie is mostly 1-2 bedrooms so it is better for small families. About $1.5M for a unit and plenty of schools nearby for all stages of their education and beyond. prime location but surpringly peaceful at the base of Mt Sophia.
