Wonderful location
Great accessibility. I can’t possibly find another better location than this. In the city center, yet quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Being able to see lots of green is another plus! -

Hidden Gem
Leonie Parcview has low score for it's lack of facilities and small playground,, but this condo scores high marks for its excellent location with unblock view from all corners of the 2 stacks, both are north-south facing with the strong wind caused by the downdraught effect from adjacent taller condos like New Futura. All units have floor to ceiling windows to bring in plenty of natural light, even all the toilets have big windows, sunny light and wind flow = dry and comfortable living, less humidity, less moldy and less chance of allergies. The management office is friendly and responsive to tenants needs. -

BRIGHT AND SPACIOUS
This condo has the best layout of all the condos I have seen. The balcony is just a good size for dining, unlike some condo surrounded balconies all around. The unit is bright and spacious and layout rectangular with no sharp corners. Hence, no "lost" space. It is quiet yet conveniently located within walking distance to Orchard Road shopping area. The best of both worlds. -
