Good location

The location is near to kovan MRT, there's a shopping mall nearby with supermarket - condo itself is behind the main busy road without much noise from the traffic. There's popular eateries nearby as well

MRT station and amenities at doorstep

MRT station and amenities at doorstep, yet away from the road noises. Facilities are quite good too. But note the lack of a tennis court
