Price range
The owners here are asking for sky high price, developer price for this units were ranging from 550k-800k even for a 4bdrm and only 1.2mil for penthouses.... Any prive range from 1.2-1.3mil for an 3bdrm is ideal. 1.35-1.45mil for a 4bdrm is ideal. At this moment when the market is cooling off owners should bring down the their expectation and not chase all buyers away, esp when you call for higher price. If no transactions happens in this condo for a period of time, then not many buyer will look into this condo. -

Stay to enjoy
Kerrisdale is a great stay in the city and have fun .... lot of areas around kerrisdale need polishing and locality can definitely improve.But with city square coming up its a fair possibility !The condo itself hsa most facilities and its absolutely good for family living !! -

Good family Environment
The condo facilities & location are very much family friendly. People often comment on the unsavoury location, but it is very conveniently connected with MRT & bus routes. The development is quite enclosed so while enjoying the facilities you don't notice that you are in the heart of little India. My gripe with this place is condo management. I, along with other residents have been the victim of unjust car clamping within the condo car park. Renovation submissions were declined without valid reasoning & security personnel police every irrelevant rule in the book (including rules that are not in the book). I was once told to get out of the children pool because I was not accompanying a child. Security staff are generally easy going so there over zealous policing can only be a directive of the out of touch condo management -

Kerrisdale
Quite good condo facilities but the surroundings are not so good, it is just beside Petain road which is a notorious red-light which in turn makes the area somewhat shady. Location is very convenient. -

KERRISDALE - Worth every cent!!
This condo has one of the most extensive facilities I've every seen. Apart from groundfloor clubhouse and pool facilities, it also has a very tranquil sky garden on the 5th floor where there is a badminton court & golfing facilities. It is ideal for expats with children. The condo is situated along Sturdee Road, which is a quiet street just a short distance from the hussle and bustle of the nearby Serangoon & Lavender areas, which usually have very heavy traffic. It is just 5 mins from Farrer Park MRT (new Mediplex) and City Square Mall. Although some may say the new CitySquare Residences is newer, the Kerrisdale is also very new and very well-maintained. In fact, I prefer it compared to CitySquare, simply because CitySquare is too over-crowded (900+ units). Just visit CitySquare during weekends and you'll understand what I mean. CitySquare is also very noisy and is further from the MRT compared to Kerrisdale. -

Kerrisdale - One U should not miss
If you ask me what is important when choosing a place to stay. Many people will say distance, price, etc. I will tell you, the most important of all is 'FOOD'. Yes! If you stay at a place where 'FOOD' is an issue, you will not be happy. Karrisdale has the perfect location. Stone throw to Farrer Park MRT Station, walking distance to Little India with the 24 hrs Mustaffa around, you will never go hungry or being left in the dark if the bulb in your bathroom suddenly blow off......... And especially with the new 'City Square' coming up in Yr2009, it will be walking distance to enjoy not only food but other entertainment as well.......without the worry of ERP, Parking etc. It may be a little over price now, but when the City Square and the Mediplex kicks in, you know it is worth the price! -

Kerrisdale - A place to live in
With its water theme park for the children's pool, a skating ring, a half basketball court, badminton court, tennis court, a putting green, driving range... you name it, this condo has it. This condo promotes healthy lifestyle and its pro-family. -
