Near my workplace and centralised location
Just relocated from a condo in Dhoby Ghuat to this condominium. The price is so much more affordable and yet the distance to travel to my workplace is not compromised given that this condo is located in the central region. 10 min drive to City Hall. -

Close to Great Mall and MRT
I have had a look at many condos in Singapore and this condo is the best. It is so close to the city, it is close to a wonderful mall with a large Fairprice supermarket which is within a short walk (one block away), and the Farrer Park MRT can be accessed through the same mall underground. Absolutely perfect. Location, location is the main thing in this property which is going to increase in value leaps and bounds!! Now my husband has no excuse not to do the shopping!! Just a very perfect place and location. Kerrisdale is the best condo in Singapore, I feel. -

Considering to buy 2bedroom unit
My hubby and I were doing research for 2 bedroom units around central region and found that this is one of the lowest price per square ft condominium in the central region beside MRT and shopping centre. -

My favourite got to be Lavendar food court
Just a short walk of 5 mins, we can get to Lavendar Food Court to enjoy famous hawker food all under one roof. My daughter loves the Guo Ji Wantan Mee (super long queue each time we visit) while I will go for the Beef Ball Noodles. Simply yummy! It is just wonderful to stay near to famous food centre that opens late till the night. -

Love the panoramic view of the 2 bedroom unit
•Fallen in love with the spectacular panoramic view of the 2 bedroom in Kerrisdale. •Totally unblocked view of the city. •Absolutely windy •Very rare to be able to find a condominium with such wonderful panoramic view in central region at such a low price. •As usually condominium with such view in central will cost at least 40% higher than the current kerrisdale condo price. -

Spacious Living Room
As we have lots of gathering and do plenty of hosting for our friends and relatives; it is necessary to buy a spacious environment. This condominium has an extremely open and spacious living room with high ceiling – perfect for hosting friends! -

International Enclave
Realized that there are many other foreign expatriates staying in Kerrisdale. This is like an International enclave whereby I made friends with my French/ Italian/ British/ Australian and even Japanese neighbor. I chose this condominium because for the same purchase price I would have paid for Citylights and City Square Residences, i will get to enjoy a bigger size condominium with same facilities and beside MRT station. -

Condo of choice at city fringe, value for $$
Kerrisdale is one of the best condos and stands out in almost each category, when you compare it with any other condos in & around city area. It's as spacious as many of the suburban condos (unlike the nearby City Square Residences), has all the condo facilities one can think of & maintained very well. In terms of amenities and location too this condo has it all: It's a haven for food lovers with plenty of food choices, even for a vegan like me. For shopping and daily needs City Square Mall & Mustafa are just 5 mins walk away. Farrer Park MRT (Purple line) is just 5-7 mins & Lavender MRT (Green Line) is at a 10-12 mins walking distance. Many high floors in this condo offer beautiful city view, sea view & even Singapore Flyer view, a luxury lifestyle one can only expect from a city living. In terms of pricing too this condo offers much more than most others. If you compare the prices of any new launches even in the suburbs, you would feel that the prices are quite close and compare-able. Also as highlighted in other reviews, this condo is definitely around 25%-35% cheaper than the other condos around this location. Overall, this condo gives best combination of facilities, nearby amenities, city living with quiet neighborhood & reasonable pricing. -

30% cheaper than surrounding condos
Recently bought a 2 bedroom unit; I think 2 bedroom unit in Kerrisdale is considered a steal given that we are paying at least 30% cheaper than nearby condo such as City Square Residences and Citylights. Also the price of 1 bedroom unit in Citylights is the price of 2 bedroom unit in Kerrisdale. -

Lot of Potential
There is a lot of potential in this condo. City Square Mall is very near and it is going to get movie theaters by the end of 2012. That will bring the price of the units even higher. -
