  beautiful environment

  Katong Regency is one of the many masterpieces of UOL. gorgeously designed, it offers low density living and unobstructed picturesque night views of the city and Geylang River.

  Kinex mall below

  this is the apartment atop Kinex mall, which was once called OneKM when first built in 2015. the freehold condo name is Katong Regency. convenience indeed for residents to just nip downstairs to grab some stuff. OneKM doesn't really have a super exciting atmosphere but just walk a bit to the main Paya Lebar area with 3 malls there for your everyneed.

  quiet entrance for Katong Regency

  slightly hidden, the entrance to Katong Regency must be assessed from the correct lift. this is perfect to prevent the public from going into the units. if lost, just change at 6th floor. simple. first time coming here I was a bit confused but now I feel this can be a good feature!
