  calm atmosphere

  i love the two beautiful trees planted(?) preserved(?) on the grounds of Irwell Hill Residences? such a calming effect. other lush greenery around, relatively unblocked views, close to Great World City (2min) and Alexandra Park Connector. many relaxing water pools and spa areas where I can clear my mind.

  great for entertaining

  for those who love hosting guests, Irwell Hill Residences facilitates that with many bbq areas and function rooms. No need to fight with people for booking a slot. when not hosting, it's nice to chill at the various cabanas poolside and also the rooftop fitness area with seats for just admiring the view.

  breath of fresh air

  Irwell Hill Residences provides a breath of freshair to the River Valley area. the two twin blocks have ample space from each other, so you don't accidentally peer into a fellow residents' home, and neither do they onto you.

  Cramped

  The development has a reputation for looking ugly but the grounds inside are quite nice and feel expansive. That said, the units are so compact it’s ridiculous. It’s not liveable at all and you don’t even have room for normal furniture. You are paying a premium for the address, that’s about it. The closest mrt station is Great World and that’s not the best connected train line there is.
