Sitting on a plot size of 19567 sqm, Tembusu Grand comprises three 20-storey blocks and one 21-storey block housing approximately 638 residential units.

All residential blocks are arranged in a linear configuration with facilities such as the 50m lap pool concentrated in the middle of the project.

All units in Tembusu Grand are either north or south-facing. Since all the units here come with a balcony, internal-facing units will get a nice pool view.
