very inconvenient and noisy
Incredible noise from AYE as well as park side. Even worse is that there is no shuttle service and security is sleeping at night.condo facility use is very limited for instance only once a month for grill.. I want to leave this condo ASAP.. -

Too noisy & expensive
This place is way too noisy and expensive. No trees by the pool so you can see the cars speed buy. -

Very good Location
One of the few 999 properties around the area, highly recommended for investment. Very popular among Japanese expats, best Condo layout and excellent facilities. Just short walking to Food Centre and NTUC -

Pleased
Stayed here for a couple of months and hv been enjoying the peace (perhaps we are facing the landed). Great facilities and especially in love with the Luxury swimming pool. Love the serenity and yet a stone throw away from amenities with 10mins walk from Clementi Mrt. Looking forward to slew of shopping and dining that will be available in Newest! -

Airport in a Ghost Town
This project is barely 10,20 metres beside the AYE and hence is noisy like an Airport at most times of the day. Yet, its surrounding is mostly landed properties, rather deserted with so few amenities or people around, much like a ghost town. Basically, it is like an Airport and yet is also like a Ghost Town. -

BEST OF BEST / Reasonable price
Well located near to clementi MRT/ 5-10minutes walking distance to local primary & secondary schools including international/ Clementi statdium(5min)/ West coast park & Plaza(10min) /shopping mall(10min) Restaurants/ Markets(1min) and Clementi public library(10min). Nice Amenity, particularly Five star grade hotel swimming pool and landscaping. Noise level is bearable as high as any downtown condo facing traffic. Units facing south are quiet and peaceful. Strongly recommend to the family with children. -

excellent location & brilliant condo design
brilliant condo design(also brand new) with fabulous facilities and excellent landscaping. balcony is quite spacious. The unit facing beautiful west coast park is quiet and peaceful but the other side is a little irritating because of noise from express way like any other condos adjacent to traffic road. but no issues when closing the windows. This compound is quite big,i.e, around 400 units and within 10 minutes walking distance to clementi station/shopping mall/west coast plaza and within 5 minutes to bus stop/ big market like a fair price/ restaurants/ stadium and schools. also proximity to National University of Singapore and International schools such as UWC, ICS and Nexus. very attractive condo if you can put up with noise while swimming. -

Perfect location
It is walking distance to clementi MRT and easily access to amenities. You can also take your bicycle to PCN which is already well connected to West Coast Park and Sunset through the flyer over link. Room size is reasonable but interior finishing is normal. Noise level is depend on your facing. I face the landed and not much sound at all. Defintely worth visiting this condo if you are looking at a 999yrs project in the west. In additon, the future development in the Jurong East and Lakeside, it will defintely bring the condo price to another level. 99 yrs already going above $1500 psf. -

Not Worth It, an Honest Opinion
Rooms are SMALL & NO space for a proper study table. NOT practical for families with children. It's directly facing Exhaust Chimneys in the Jurong island, & they burn chemicals twice a day! I bought my 4 bedder during launch at 925psf, sold this yr 1300psf, earned a whopping 500,000 at the expense of the buyer! Honestly, 100 Trees is NOT worth more than 1100 psf for a 4 bedder 1475 sqft unit, so don't be crazy to buy please. -
