an unpleasant stay
My family & I finally decided to say goodbye to this condo after 4 years. The main reason we moved out is that this condo has more negatives than positives. The positive things about this condo are : nearby HDB shops & food centre, Bkt Batok nature reserve, near schools & the condo comes with full-height glass windows which make the interior very bright. The negative things about this condo are : it is next to a warehouse which spoils its facade; inconvenience as the condo is 3 bus-stops away from Bkt Batok MRT & West Mall (free shuttle bus ended in Nov 2009); the entrance to each tower block is very smelly as the rubbish chutes are situated near the entrance & lift lobby (I can even smell it from inside my apt); cockroaches are a common sight around the entrance area & inside my apt. It was difficult to live in such an environment. We are glad we moved. -
