Great place to live in the heart of Tiong Bah
I really love living in Highline Residences, have stayed here over 7 years in a 3 bedroom deluxe (decent amount of space). There are obvious perks in location, like being close to Tiong Bahru mrt and Tiong Bahru market, the cafes along Yong Siak road, connectivity to city centre, etc. The function room and BBQ pits can also be booked for free each month, and I regularly host people there. The concierge service is also very useful for collecting my parcels and deliveries when no one is at home. They've also installed EV chargers in the basement carpark. Lifts sometimes slow at peak hour but it's ok if you live on a lower floor (below 10). The management and guards are fairly strict, which I appreciate as well. -

Perfect Blend of Urban Convenience and Tranqu
Highline Residences is the perfect place to live if you want to be close to the city but still have a relaxing home. It's super convenient to get to the CBD and everything you need is nearby. The condo facilities are amazing! They have a pool, gym, and even a sky garden where you can chill out. It's like living in a resort! I love it here because I can enjoy the best of both worlds - city life and a peaceful retreat. -

Shoes box
Kids intolerably prohibited from any wkend swimming lessons, dog excrement and rats and visibly spotted, even with 3 lifts but rather for the blocks but long waiting time during peak -

Nice condo but with one major issue….
The condo is nice. Location is great. The units are a little small, a 2 bedder is really one plus study. Elevators are slow, and for some reason one doesn’t link up with the other two, which is annoying. Management is slow to act (we had a noisy neighbour upstairs who threw a few a loud parties into the wee hours on a few occasions and dropped cigarette ash onto the balcony but management did nothing, other than ‘a warning’). The major issue is the infestation of rats around the area near the outside bins but nothing seems to be being done about it - I see them every day when I come in through the side entrance on an evening running across the footpath or through the plants, and you can hear them squeaking; it’s not a good look for the place. -

Superb condo to stay
I had stayed here for about 18 months. I liked this project because the location is superb. Near MRT, many eateries around, both local and foreign food, hawker centre, and many other amenities.. -
