Not conducive for living
A lot of smokers here, management here can be more efficient, unfriendly people, for some reason they cut off the common area lights only for block 7,9 and 11 but the other shorter blocks 1,3,5,13 remains on but no change in maintenance fees. -

Great place to live in
Great place to live in as the environment is good. Nearby Mrt. Very convenient for travelling and shops. Lot of good food, marketing and cafes around. -

Great Location. Friendly Community.
We bought this initially as an investment property but have since selected this to be our permanent home. We are located opposite the MRT station. We surrounded by plenty of eateries, within walking distance of 3 wet markets and NTUC is just across our entrance. Layout is efficient with minimal wasted space. Neighbors are friendly and we have none of those weirdos that you read in the news. Management and the upkeep of the amenities is very decent. -

Well managed and friendly neighbors
I stayed in this condo for five years and I think it is super convenient location, bith the management office and concierge staff are great, facilities are well maintained. I would recommend this condo to anyone who needs great proximity and quality living environment. -

Great place and great view
Great place to stay in. City view. 5 mins to Tiong Bahru MRT and 10 mins to Havelock mrt. 4 bus stops to Chinatown -

BEST condo in the hood!!
I have stayed here for 6 years, the management, facility maintenance, neighbours and surroundings is one of the best. The pool is large and well kept, Concerige service is excellent with long opening hours and security are firm yet pleasant. Thank you for a lovely stay -

Home surrounded with good neighbourhoods
Easy accessibility to downtown by public transportation because of its strategic centralised location. Abundance of local food (well sort after Tiong Bahru) and restaurants around the vicinity that you will be spoiled for choices. A concierge that helps manage your errands when away from home. Well guarded by securities who knows the residents well and know you can depend on them. Spectacular view at the peak of the building that overlook the entire Tiong Bahru and City Skyline where the functions are located where you could host a nice evening for your guests who will be mesmerised. -

Great amenities, friendly community, 5 mins t
I’m not sure why the rating is so low. I’ve been living here for 6 years and I really do believe there’s very few neighborhoods like TB and Highline is the gem within it, with our solid facilities, access to parks and 10 minutes on the green line to CBD. It’s hard to beat the location and its promote to good food. -

Cannot find a better place than Highline
I really love this place a lot as I don’t think I can find a better place that it. First, the location is extremely good with the famous Tiong Bahru market within 2-3 mins walk, and the MRT is also less than 2-3 mins walking distance. There are lots of amenities there with hippy cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also the Tiong Bahru Plaza which is just a stone throw away and you will have kinds of food, the local banks and cinema. The bus network there is fantastic with direct buses to Chinatown, Redhill and other places. -
