Great Environment & Very Convenient
This place is great especially for tenants, with spacious rooms, lots of greenery and great convenience. We can literally walk to Sentosa and Mount Faber. A big shopping mall, Vivocity, is just next door where we can buy and eat anything and everything. Harbourfront MRT (North East line and Circle line), as well as the Bus Interchange, are also next door. Even though we don't own a car, we can go anywhere easily. In addition, being close to town, going to Orchard Rd, Chinatown, Raffles Place and Marina Bay areas is a breeze. This condo is also close to offices in Harbourfront Centre, Mapletree Business City and Alexandra areas. I am glad to have found this wonderful place, an oasis close to the city! -

Good Place & Convenient Location
This place is owned by many different people and not a single boss. So do not judge this location based on one review alone. I have tenanted a large 2 room over 800 sqft on the highest floor and it is great with very high ceiling of about 20 ft. Also the place is very convenient, the MRT station is right outside the apartment compounds and one of Singapore's largest shopping malls is just opposite (ViVoCity) , also Sentosa , Marina Bay and Orchard Road is just a stone's throw away. There is also a nice resort style swimming pool and gym in this condo, very nice for relaxing :) -
