Problematic Condo
This is one of the worst project that I have stayed in. Poor condo design that causes a lot of discontentment with the residents. There are rodents issues, flooding issues, facilities issue..... I can go on and on.....

Buyers should note the falling rental in Geylang. 1BR at La Fleur (lor 26) was transacted at 1,9XX. Soon rental could be 1,7XX to 1,8XX levels.
Then calculate your yield. Less than 3%?

New Launch 20% more expensive
Geylang is so over-supplied with MM that new launch in less desirable location cost 20% more than newly-TOPed units.
Newly-TOPed units should be worth 20% more since rental can be collected immediately and they are brand new. So strange that buyers for new launch are paying more for less.
