Old condo
Based on the info, it's completed in 1976, so it's an older condo. But I heard that older condo usually has bigger units. So maybe if you are ok with the location, and looking for big units in a condo, this can be an option for youWas this review helpful? Report review -

location is inaccurate
this property is not actually on grange road. it is actually on St thomas Walk and thus considerably further away from somerset MRT as one may have assumed.Also it is rather run down.Was this review helpful? Report review -
