  school choice

  chose Goodwood Residence as my children go to ACS and SCGS, so this is one of the top recommendations of its calibre within close proximity of those schools. it makes their daily commute less of a hassle so they can maximise their daily learning capacity.

  practical location amid luxury

  Goodwood Residences despite being luxurious with high-end fittings and lush landscaping, is also very practical. it's just a short walk to the Orchard area and can be accessed by Newton MRT. the property also has long-term investment potential with its prime location and freehold status. the facilities like pools, clubhouse, tennis court, gym, steam bath, and concierge also work very well for me and my family.

  dog haven

  my furbabies enjoy running around the lawns at Goodwood Residences with their friends, as there is a nice community of fellow pet owners here. but we are always mindful to keep the noise down and pick up after our dogs.

  Beautiful looking BUT ....

  Beautiful looking, GW hill trees in the back, green grass area, marketed as family oriented and friendly. Reality is: it's very restrictive with harsh house rules being imposed. Kids are pretty much not allowed to play anywhere with anything, playground is outdated and stuck in a corner boasting with mosquitos. Residents are forbidden to use the "grand lawn" throughout work week, there are so many other rules and restrictions for common areas, pool, pet owners, deliveries etc. Mgmt and other condo staff incl security keep on changing every couple months. Everything inside your unit just seems to be breaking regularly - lights, switches, lifts (residents regularly get stuck in them), inbuilt appliances. There are rules on what you can / cannot do on your own unit balcony too!

  Beautiful condo poor management

  Stunning new condo with excellent facilities, beautifully laid out. But!! Repairs/maintenance work takes forever to complete. The security staff are incredibly rude.

  Sleeping at Goodwood is... Ruff! Ruff!

  This could be a great place to live. The property has clearly been designed to be a luxurious, peaceful oasis with beautiful grounds and impressive amenities. The staff is friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, the Goodwood Residence is the noisiest place my family has ever lived. Noise regulations are not enforced and our days and nights are interrupted by loud, piercing dog barking. Hope to catch up on some sleep on a weekend or public holiday? Not here. We are consistently jolted awake by barking from neighbors' dogs. It is very frustrating to have our sleep times determined by barking dogs and to be subjected daily to high-decibel, outside noise inside our home.
