Not much Enbloc Potential
Quite an old walk up apartment with limited condo facilities. Only a pool and bbq. No gym or tennis count. For own stay will need to consider walk up stairs abd bad fengshui for the bigger units that have 2 doors with split floors 分家. For investment, rental is low. Future mrt is a distance walk. A check on the master plan 2014, this site is classified as mixed landed hse developmemt which means developer cannot build up to 5 storeys but only terraces and Semi detacheds even it is put on enbloc which explains the call off of their enbloc attain back in 2008. Only plus point for this development is near Siglap but I would rather go for Hacidena nearby. -
