  Pigeon infestion, enbloc fail due to high ask

  Very serious pigeon infestion due to the roof design. Very hard to get rid. Rental rate is low.

  Enbloc ??

  The proposed Enbloc value is off the market. For size 1195sqft, I do not think at current selling price around the area e.g. Flamingo valley can fetch more than 1.3 mil. Potential buyer, need to do their home work probably...Low rental yield is also a drawback.

  Oldie but goodie

  Grounds are old, but for the location and view, it is hard to beat. Been staying here for 10 years and reluctant to move. Eagerly looking fwd to the MRT at Siglap.

  Fernwood: Freehold Treasure

  Value for money property that will rise in value over the years because: - Only freehold property in the area. - Built up ratio of 3. - MRT station will come very near. - When en-bloc each mid-size owner can probably get more than $2.5mn. - Great bus connectivity to all places in Singapore. - Walking distance to east coast beach. - Siglap eateries and pubs are similar to Holland Village of the east. In walking distance.
