pretty good finishes and fittings (Blum kitchen fittings/Bosch/HansGrohe) when compared to similar projects on Mount Sophia and Wilkie Road. Good unit layout. BBQ area small and could be better screened from driveway, lovely pool area.

I don't share the same view as commented by Jak. Buyers bought their units in 2007 when the global economy surged at its' best compared to now. And they are selling now merely for property speculation. I'd looked around to many small development in the prime area and truly, Estilo lacks certain facilities. Keep in mind, it's only a small land area for 58 units. It's fair enough that the architect provided a spa pool and and not a swimming pool. I assume its design for residence to get to know each other through outdoor social area. To my knowledge, I heard that there are many complaints of pools poor maintenance in big condominium estates. Oftenly, they are filthy and noisy. Regarding units interior layout, it's square, white wash and light timbre flooring and naturally bright. I think it's one of a good piece of finishing compared to what I'd viewed in other developments. The MRT interchange station is less than 10 mins of brisk walk from Estilo. Walk down the street and turn round the corner; 3 mins at most, there is a bus stop for public buses. I must say amenities are great. Little India, Orchard shopping malls, art centres, cinemas and etc. In general, high cost maybe, but it's fair to say it's a central city life. It's up to one to judge.
50+ units and all are trying to resell....tells you the story.I simply cannot understand the price for this...it is quite a walk to public transport and the development is really low quality. and there is no facilities...
