  peaceful Escada View

  rented a unit at Escada View found it peaceful. although i heard some people mention the side near PIE can be a bit of traffic noise. but the estate itself is lovely and serene. friendly folks and calm living. a few MRT stations within 15-20min walk. or just take a bus because the heat is so bad nowadays

  oh wow

  2BR - 753 sqft to 947 sqft / 3BR - 1,066 sqft to 1,572 sqft. Escada View so spacious, a gem hard to find nowadays in space-starved Singapore. each room has its own toilet as well. fantastic and a wonderful consideration if you are choosing to rent out the rooms for income yield for your retirement planning or financial independence.

  MA & MCST must change simply horrible.

  Simply unable to enforce the bylaws of estate and lack of responsibilities sad - my personal view for perusal only.

  Weird....

  Saw a three bedroom unit. I personally prefer medium to big projects condo. So to me, this place is just kinda weird. It is like a HDB flat except it is gated. It has a long common corridor like HDB. The flat quality inside is like public housing standard and quality, 15 years ago. So....... weird.
