  convenient Pasir Ris home

  pick Eastvale in Pasir Ris and didn't look back since. excellent convenience, as the condo is near to MRT, mall like White Sands, Downtown East, even schools. in the middle of everything, outside condo area can get crowded on weekends but that's the flipside of accessibility. yes i would be happy to sacrifice some external peace and quiet if it means i can sleep longer before having to leave my house to go to work! my unit itself is peaceful enough :)

  big park and santorini pool

  there is the big Pasir Ris Park around the corner that we often visit for BBQ, dog run, skateboarding and stuff. perfect for active families like mine. if don't want to leave home, Eastvale also has own amenities like cosy pool, that comes with a large pool-side fn room for big gatherings like my niece's recent birthday party. btw pool is beautiful with santorini vibes. only thing is gym is quite compact and get cramped easily.

  ageing but spacious

  almost 30 years old now, Eastvale definitely shows some signs of wear and tear. nevertheless, price remains competitive and actually great value with the spacious, airy units, convenient location beside school, link bridge to hawker, short walk to park and MRT, plus malls. there's nothing better in the east i feel. such a calm, peaceful and accessible apartment. even has tennis court and management tries its level best to maintain everything.

  Crowded on weekends

  It's good that the condo is surrounded by many amenities nearby. But weekend traffic can be a nightmare, with many people going to the park, swimming complex, or sending their kids for enrichment classes.

  More convenient part of Pasir Ris

  This place is actually not too bad because you can actually walk to the mrt. Would consider it the more convenient part of Pasir Ris. Living close to the mrt really helps in cutting down travelling time
