  Nice place for nature lovers

  I have had a very positive experience with Dairy Farm Residences and would highly recommend it to families and professionals who value a peaceful living environment with good connectivity. One of the biggest strengths of this development is its quiet and green surroundings. The estate is well-planned and not overly crowded, with many units enjoying open greenery views and good natural ventilation. It offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which is increasingly rare in Singapore. The layout of the units is practical and family-friendly, with comfortable room sizes and functional living spaces suitable for long-term stay. Maintenance and overall estate management are well handled, and the development is generally clean, well-kept, and secure.

  Small unit condo, noisy environment, Miserabl

  Noisy environment with military aircraft flying above you. Common corridor with kids screaming. Build quality below average with uneven floor tiles and cracks on some walls. Doors that are broken and not repaired for months. Mall have limited retailers as most of them have closed down. Respond from management office is extremely slow.

  Good convenience

  For me, convenience is the top-most priority because if you spend too much time traveling, life leaves you wanting more. Dairy Farm Residences is just under 10 minutes away from Hillview MRT station, and there’s a bus stop outside the property with bus services that to take you to the CBD. There are also many retail stores in the vicinity. The condo has smart home features like a digital lockset, smart air-conditioning, and more. Most of the household appliances are from Bosch.

  Amazing views

  Since I am a water baby, the first thing that attracted me to Dairy Farm Residences was that besides the regular 50-metre lap pool, there’s a massive 84-metre swimming pool. The gym and other amenities are located near the entrance area. The project comprises two 5-storey and two 15-storey blocks. My condo is in one of the 15-storey towers. The view is amazing and the construction quality and floor plan is impressive too.

  Dairy Farm Residences is marketed as an high end 99 leasehold 460 units mixed development with retail shops while nestled in nature. There are a couple of low rise blocks at 5 storeys
