  Facilities

  Okie. I have to agree on the no. of non residents using the facilities, esp the pool on weekends (Also it has a nice children pool,, likely adding to congestion) Proper checks by Mgmt has to be in place to screen that they are residents and if guests, residents have to be present. The swimming classes perhaps played a part, but other than that.. no complaints. Nice place overall.

  Crowded Swimming Pool

  Layout and facilities are OK. But swimming pool is very crowded on weekends, especially Saturday. Why management office allow so many non-residents join the swimming class? It's not fair for real residents. They also make toilet very crowded. Have to queue for taking a shower after swimming. In addition, steamroom also very crowded and dirty. Noise from a new construction building behind, it's THE GALE.
