mixed feelings
After staying at Costa Rhu for over 5 years, here's my candid feedback. It IS one of the best residences in tanjong rhu,has lots of greenery and is great for kids. the flats are spacious and the condo facilities are plenty . On the downside common areas cleanliness is very average, the plumbing and pipes used by the builders is of poor quality (we have had to do a number of emergency repairs over the years). -
