  Iconic Condo with Nice Ambience

  After visiting a few condos in D15, thought Costa Rhu and Pebble Bay stood out for their nice views and ambience. Mainly expat community, excellent condo facilities. Very relaxed atmosphere and feel good walking the ground. Convenient to CBD and everywhere else. With plans to develop this area further, my main concern is prices may be out of reach. ALready seeing prices for Pebble Bay and Costa Rhu moving up.

  mixed feelings

  After staying at Costa Rhu for over 5 years, here's my candid feedback. It IS one of the best residences in tanjong rhu,has lots of greenery and is great for kids. the flats are spacious and the condo facilities are plenty . On the downside common areas cleanliness is very average, the plumbing and pipes used by the builders is of poor quality (we have had to do a number of emergency repairs over the years).
