Convenience within neighborhood
24h sheng siong just opposite. Heartland shopping mall (plantation plaza) 7 minutes walk away. Convenience within walking distance but not too near to disrupt the peace and quietness. Breeze is actually alittle too strong/ weather feels really cold during the Sept to Feb period (no need fan/ air con so I am not gonna complain though). Alittle inconvenient getting out of Tengah over the weekends. But bus 452 (and some other city direct/ peak hour buses) has been really helpful with our commute during the weekdays/nights. -

Nice timing for amenities to be completed
If you want to find a property that is within walking distance to 3 MRT stations,think this is the only one in Singapore. But then all will only open in 2026/2027. Luckily this EC will complete at end 2027, which means you don’t have to wait for the MRTs! Not sure about the shopping malls and hawker centres, but fingers crossed. -
