  first luxe EC in Tengah

  so excited about Copen Grand EC to elevate the Tengah neighbourhood. there will be 24h amenities nearby and in the future, the convenience of the Jurong Region mrt line for commute to CBD for my work. i'm sure my fellow westie besties also feel the same as me

  sustainable and green

  love how the surroundings and even the Copen Grand EC itself will be a sustainability paradise. firstly, the Tengah forest town is an oasis of peaceful lush greenery, with lesser pollution due to it being car-lite and with many shared gardening plots (we are in Tengah Garden Walk). the condo itself is well connected and easily walkable to supermarkets, malls, MRT, and has even achieved a Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy which means it only adds on to the eco-friendly nature of my mindful lifestyle.

  first mover advantage

  Tengah forest town is still in the early stages so those of us going in early will have a first mover advantage. not just the lower property prices but to establish ourselves in this prime location within Tengah where competition for schools, childcare etc is not too high yet.

  Convenience within neighborhood

  24h sheng siong just opposite. Heartland shopping mall (plantation plaza) 7 minutes walk away. Convenience within walking distance but not too near to disrupt the peace and quietness. Breeze is actually alittle too strong/ weather feels really cold during the Sept to Feb period (no need fan/ air con so I am not gonna complain though). Alittle inconvenient getting out of Tengah over the weekends. But bus 452 (and some other city direct/ peak hour buses) has been really helpful with our commute during the weekdays/nights.

  Nice timing for amenities to be completed

  If you want to find a property that is within walking distance to 3 MRT stations,think this is the only one in Singapore. But then all will only open in 2026/2027. Luckily this EC will complete at end 2027, which means you don’t have to wait for the MRTs! Not sure about the shopping malls and hawker centres, but fingers crossed.
