  Compass heights is a project which combines the public transport and shopping mall. It is very convenience for everyday's working and living. The new wet market is just a few steps away. Sengkang area is a good place for family with children because of the great swimming pool with huge open field nearby.

  A young private residential property with excellent transport links, next door shopping mall, community centre, polyclinic and other public amenities. With still sizable empty lands around for further development, compass heights will be right in the centre of all these. Great potential for appreciation ahead. Buy one for living and investment asap.

  The property is quite OK but the price is still high...
