Love this condo
Great place stay especially for family with children and Expats. This place is peacful with a resort feel. Abount but 0.8km to Simei MRT. Love the lap pool and the clubhouse.. Children enjoy the sand pool. Condo Managementneeds improvement as the road bricks have been dislodged/loosened for quite a while and no action has been taken. -

CHANGI RISE CONDO - RESORT LIFESTYLE
If you like resort style of living & tranquil ambiance, then this is the right place for you. You can laze around the lap pool and doze off. The lap pool, is superb. Nowadays, it is hard to find lap pool in the newer condos . Kids love the "Sand Pool". It is always hard to get them out once they get in. -

Changi Rise
The first time we saw this condo we fell for it. It has all the facilities needed for both adults and kids. Gives a resort like feel. Quite accessible as its 10 Minutes walk to Semei MRT. All the units we viewed were in very good condition. There is a good mix of people from different nationalities. We liked mostly the 4 bedders as the size is big enough compared to other new developments nearby where the accommodation inside on a similar size apartments are quite cramped. -

nice and resort-like
View a couple of units there. The development is nice, a good mixed of greenery and water. Club house and reading hall is beautiful. -
