Cosy estate
A small priviate estate with unique features like skylight roofs in the master bedroom to look at sky - Jalan Sinar Bulan and Jalan Sinar Bintang for Moon and Stars. Nice features include central aircon (with all aircon condensers concealed from public eyes and aircon fan is fitting flushed onto the ceiling), central vacuum and central alarm system and car porch light with timer and elder panic buttons in every floor, all 5 bedroom comes with attached bathroom and a powder room for guest on the ground floor. Master bedroom is spacious with a built in wardrob, 2nd bedroom has a little setback area for walk-in wardrob. All doors are solid doors with quality door locks and hinges. Master bathroom comes with 2 basins (his and her), granite flooring and walls, and good quality sanitary ware and a bidet. Each bath room comes with wall mounted hair dryer. All floors fitted with false ceiling for ease of lighting installations and cabling pulling and aircon maintenance. The house is uniquely designed with laundry area at the front next to front gate and garden at the back extending from the living room so the garden is quiet and enclosed. There are 8 telephone points includine one in master bedroom, cabled ready. 2 store rooms, 1 on ground floor and another on 3rd floor. Good finishes and quality workmanship throughout. Car parking is limited though, only could park a car in the car porch and road is kind of narrow. Only 1 entrance to the estate and no through road so the traffic is light.
