Lived here for 3 years. The facilities are all incredibly run down. Management puts zero effort into maintaining the place. Pests everywhere and rats in the ceiling. Many units are rented out to “working girls” and construction workers. Wouldn’t want to raise a family here. Only saving grace is that you get a lot more space than the newer condos.
5 to 10 min walk to orchard road where food and shopping is and somerset MRT. Love the big and squarish room layout which is hard to find in newer condo. Only thing is it does not have facilities but its fine as I have my own private gym membership which is better equipped then most condo gym.

Apartments are old, lift is small and mostly rented out to workers and foreigners.
There's no facilities and the development is unsuitable for elderly or families.
The only pro is the location and accessibility to town and highways.
Except for the high rise block, there are no lifts in the other lower blocks and therefore might not be so family friendly.
To access amenities such as shops, eateries and public transport , one has to cross an overhead bridge spanning across the busy CTE expressway.
Hence, given a choice, I would still prefer to stay in Orchard, River Valley or Dhoby Ghaut areas for a more direct access to these amenities.
The units facing the Istana grounds get to enjoy lush greenery views and tranquility though.
