Resort living at fabulous prices!
Casafina is the ideal condo for family life. Clean, well managed, excellent facilities and all at a very economical prices (especially for purchase). Given that Casafina is one of the few low rise Condo's, there is no feeling of claustrophobia which is so common with hig rise towers. The Bedok MRT station is about a 10 - 12 min walk away, and the condo is well served with nearby bustops only 1 min away (you can catch major routes here). East Coast Park is about a 10 min walk from here. Major thouroughfare via ECP is an added advantage. The property management folks are super efficient with an eye for detail. Highly recommended for rent or purchase, and overall its simply resort living at fabulous prices! -
