Layout, Architectural, Vicinity, Amenties
From the MRT track, one can actually see the condominium. It looks like some flatted factory from far. But when you step into the condominium, you will be impressed by the serenity and architectural sophistication at the pool area. Room size is very small, only can squeeze in a bed with barely any walking space. The BBQ pit is just right in front of the patio unit. It may not be a good thing to inhale the BBQ smoke. The patio is not very big as a large part is actually grass with very little concrete flooring. The patio unit is not gated, but design is very resort style and architectural aesthetic. The main doors between 2 units are TOO CLOSE and on slanted corridor, it actually look more like a Man and Lady loo side by side when one look up from level 1. It is too far from MRT and it takes at least 15mins to walk from the front gate to the end of the winding road and another 15 mins to walk to Sembawang MRT. Also it is far from TOWN. Those working in town will have to spend a lot of time commuting to and fro twice a day. Although the condominium provides shuttle bus to MRT, but traveling time from Sembawang to City Hall and Raffles Place is about an hour. Amenities also quite far away by foot. -

Nice Architectural Design
Canberra Residences, unlike most condominium, offers spacious living with an unique architectural design. Rooms are spacious, with a squarish layout despite the block's unconventional design. -

Spacious Interior and Exterior
NO conjested arrangement of blocks! Good architectural design. -
